• First pass: I build the full mix so every choice is heard in context.
• Notes: Tell me what feels right, what pulls you out, and what you want more or less of. Plain language works.
• Finish: We stop when you press play and the song feels done.

Making my own records keeps me close to every part of it: the first rush, the doubt, and the point where you’ve heard it too many times to know what’s true.
